My parents have tried me on a number of sports, e.g. badminton, soccer and swimming when i was in primary school. It was until Primary 5 when my parents introduced me to squash, unlike other sports; I grew to like squash as I can either stroke in the court alone or with other companions and the game is fun and I particularly found it to be a good form of exercise for me.

When I first started playing squash in late Primary School as a Pinnacle Academy kid, I found a new passion to look forward to every week. My passion for squash grew even further when I started watching professional squash matches online, which inspired me to take up private lessons with Coach Victor. Watching Coach Victor compete also motivated me to deepen my knowledge of squash and pursue self-improvement in the sport. Eventually, I went on to become a Singapore National-Level Referee and a WSC Level 1 Squash Coach myself! I hope to inspire and share my knowledge with the next generation, just like how Victor inspired me.
